TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must agree to the following Terms and Conditions before leaving your pet/s with us.
Health
All animals boarding with us must be in good health and all medical conditions discussed with us prior to us being able to board your pet. If we feel your pet is showing signs of illness or injury we may refuse to accept him/her. This is for the benefit of your own pet and that of other boarders.
Your pet will not mix with any other animals whilst in our care, except for their own cage mate, should they have one. We take every step possible to avoid animals becoming victims of fly strike, hutches are cleaned regularly and pets checked daily. We cannot be held responsible should your animal becoming a victim of fly strike. We will not accept any rabbit that has a dirty bottom on arrival at Cabbage Patch Hotel.
If your pet becomes ill during their stay with us, we will inform you immediately and consult our vet. If your pet then requires medical attention from the vet we will transport them there for treatment. We do not charge for this service but any costs for treatment by the vet must be met by you, the owner. Your pet will be treated under your name and address. In the unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in our care, we will contact you immediately and follow your wishes.
We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst staying at Cabbage Patch Hotel. All pets are left entirely at owners risk.
We accept no liability for injury sustained by you whilst on our premises.
Full payment is due on the day of arrival.
We are unable to accept credit or debit card payments.
A £10 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure any booking.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking.
We do accept non-vaccinated pets but owners need to be aware it is completely at owners risk.
Booking forms need to be filled out on arrival with emergency contact details of someone who has permission to make decisions should your pet require care at the vet.
Please be aware I am not a vet I am a pet sitter, but I will do my utmost to ensure the health and wellbeing of your pet during their stay.
Non collection of your pet on the agreed date with no contact from yourselves as to alternate arrangements will result in the animal being re-housed.
I am happy to cater for any non-contagious medical requirements please discuss it with me prior to arrival.
